This Painting is an absolute rare example, it presents a double signature really interesting:

This is the only painting in all the Modigliani's oeuvre where we can see he made a sketch using a squared background, maybe he painted it from a photo
or in a Venetian Vedutista style?
There in no real information about it and no expert has even noticed previously, but in the thin oil layer areas, the pencil squares can be easily seen.
