This work is mine, so I don't have to follow any rule, there are plenty of books where you can find the totally official style lists. Instead of doing that crap one more time, I will do a brief (or not so brief) explanation of why in my opinion or in fact that particular exhibit deserves to be noted.

JUNe 1938 - the tragic painters- alex. reid & lefevre, ltd- london

Interesting exhibit, was a hit that renewed the interest.
In the exhibit at Lefevre, Modi is mixed with Utrillo, Soutine, Van Gogh, Gauguin. Pascin, Rouault, etc.
All mixed as the "tragic painters," there are only a few by Modigliani, but it is interesting to see how they place him in context.
