Usually experts give to this painting the number in Pfannstiel but it cant be for 2 simple reasons:

1.- Size in Pfannstiel is 34.5 x 26.5 cm (and this painting has a size of 46 x 38 cm)
2.- Pffanstiel say: Signed in top right ( and this painting is signed in bottom right)
Rosalia amedeo modigliani

Scanning the image and using a gradient filter it does not reveal any clear alteration due to signature only some traces that could be the visible part of the signature or dating in top right corner?

MAYBE...
Or as he says in his text:

" Face at least anonymous, but immediately recognizable: image or, better still, icone, clear face, ocher pink on a dark background, non-drawing look, which allows all identifications"
