Other Parisot in the catalogue for the exhibition in Prague (P. 34) present this X-ray as the image visible under the Cariatide Rossa:

This X-ray combined with the painting in Verso and the recto composition are impossible.

1.- The frontal and back composition would be visible at the same image.
2.- The balcony in the frontal painting and the treatment of the background would make impossible to have a previous composition, the blank areas with no painting that left visible the canvas make it absolutely impossible.
In conclusion, the upper X-ray cant be from that painting.

- I lost my time contacting the Vernon Gallery in Prague as organization central point for the exhibit when I saw that catalogue (in 2011previous to the exhibition opening) and the person in charge didn't even replied to me.

The painting was seized by the police after a report by C. Pepi an italian connossieur and finally this is the conclusions of the investigation:

Oil on canvas, two works on the front and on the back of the same support.
On the front a red caryatid - present in the Ceroni catalog n. 37 table IV.- standing that refers to the multiple drawings of caryatids in different attitudes and positions: heads,
standing figures re-echoing classical motifs, squatting, with the upright or screwed up, with folded arms or with the support of an architrave or simply in a symbolic attitude.
The caryatid in the object of seizure supports a sloping lintel that does not rest on the two side elements (trich system) graphically decorated with a motif of imagination that perhaps
refers to the saints of the caryatids, adjacent to a naif balustrade on the bottom.

The figure is disproportionate compared to the multiple study designs of caryatids performed by Modigliani: the lower limbs compared to the upper body and the upper limbs.

The signature in the lower right corner of block letters inserted in a non-geometric box is false.

As verified by the analysis of pigments and materials made by Dr. Marie Pierre E. and by Dott.ssa Tiziana M. the presence of polyurethanes and the white titanium and other synthetic pigments
confirms the non-originality of the work.

The work is grossly false.

I would only add this 3 points:

1.- A legal report should be consistent and bullet proof, this is mere opinions, maybe the work is false or not, I am not the person to decide it but definitively this report is not consistent or bullet proof.

2.- Art even if false is not forged NIKE sport shoes, so to destroy it is an absurd mistake that place art even if original at the same level of value as a nike sport shoes.

3.- The damage that art MARKET experts claim to solve by destroying works is in terms of market not of Knowledge, stamp it in the back as false and do not destroy nothing, just in case we are wrong.
