As can be seen at near inspection, the canvas is reused:
ghost under nudo dolente

This area of the signature turned 180 degrees show another portrait of a red head woman a very common re use of canvas on the first Modigliani times.
  This painting can be seen on pictures on the move out from the Delta in 1913.
